Responsibility
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Support HR functions, such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
- Manage administrative duties, including office supply orders, meeting coordination, and document filing.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational workflows.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and budgets under supervision.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
- Assist in audit preparations and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting and administrative systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, HR, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
