Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits and leave requests.
- Support the HR team in organizing company events and outings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee evaluations.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
