Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage the procurement of raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation with precision.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the production team to align procurement with operational needs.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues with orders, deliveries, or payments promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
