Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain up-to-date sales records, reports, and databases for management review.
- Liaise with customers to confirm order details, resolve inquiries, and provide updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to the sales team.
- Prepare and distribute sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies or delivery issues with professionalism.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation and filing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, order processing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/order management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.
