Responsibility
- Process and manage sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Coordinate vehicle insurance renewals, including liaising with providers and updating records.
- Handle vehicle registration and licensing procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation, including contracts, receipts, and customer files.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes and follow-up communications.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, generating reports as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales documentation, payments, and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with insurance and vehicle registration processes is a plus.
