Responsibility
- Manage and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
- Coordinate sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
- Liaise between sales, finance, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales-related events.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
