Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process customer orders efficiently and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper invoicing and payment tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes and documentation is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
