Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management review.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or discrepancies with professionalism and urgency.
- Organize sales meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Support marketing initiatives by preparing promotional materials and sales collateral.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles or ERP systems is a plus.
