Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of office documents, files, and records.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules for department staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
- Assist in the distribution of office supplies and maintenance of inventory.
- Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and official functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.

Qualifications
