Responsibility
- Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with sales teams to process orders, invoices, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to support business decision-making.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, sales, or accounts administration.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business environment is a plus.
