Responsibility
- Oversee the activation of marketing stores, ensuring all promotional materials, displays, and branding are executed to company standards.
- Coordinate and lead a retail event team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and inventory tracking for marketing and retail operations.
- Monitor and analyze retail event performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution and store operations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for retail activations and administrative workflows.
- Assist in budget tracking for marketing events and retail initiatives, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Provide customer service support during events, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail administration, event coordination, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience coordinating teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic administrative software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
