Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoices, and office supply management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects.
- Provide general support to visitors and ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a professional demeanor.
