Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and processing quotations for customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of after-sales services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
- Provide administrative support to the After-Sales Department, including filing and documentation.
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in tracking and following up on pending jobs to meet deadlines.
- Prepare reports and summaries of after-sales activities for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software or after-sales processes is a plus.
