Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including facilities management, office maintenance, and workspace optimization.
- Develop and implement security protocols to ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees and visitors.
- Coordinate accommodation and transportation arrangements for staff, vendors, and executives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific regulations, maintaining up-to-date documentation and permits.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage the administrative budget, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance interdepartmental communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, facilities management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-functional administrative teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and security best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
