Responsibility

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage walk-in inquiries, reservations, and complaints with efficiency and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries, supplier communications, and internal team requests.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, for contracts, invoices, and operational documents.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and cost-effective procurement.
  • Schedule and track maintenance for office equipment, facilities, and F&B-related assets.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and administrative documentation for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field (F&B industry is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry tools.
