Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Develop and implement administrative systems to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation for executive review.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support special projects and initiatives by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
