Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate field operation records, including reports, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules for field teams, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for field personnel, addressing inquiries and resolving administrative issues.
  • Prepare and distribute operational documents, such as work orders, permits, and compliance forms.
  • Monitor inventory levels of field supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for field activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in field operations or logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes is a plus.
