Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Support financial administration by processing invoices, expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial administration is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is advantageous.
