Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Support financial administration by processing invoices, expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial administration is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is advantageous.
