Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all supplies and equipment.

  • Issue supplies and materials to authorized personnel while maintaining stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to place orders and restock inventory as needed.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure easy access and optimal space utilization.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory status, usage, and requirements.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg) as required.
  • Familiarity with public sector procedures and regulations is advantageous.
