Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct telesales activities and follow up with potential clients to drive sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and other sales-related paperwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role, preferably in the electronics distribution industry.
- Strong telesales and follow-up skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
