Responsibility

  • Process and track sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and securely stored.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and customer insights.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
