Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the daily sales and administrative teams to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Oversee customer service operations, resolving escalations and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports, in compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for the dealership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to foster professional growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
- Ensure adherence to administrative protocols, including inventory management, filing systems, and data entry accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within sales, administration, or customer service.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems; experience with sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
