Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in processing sales orders, invoices, and customer inquiries to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are current and accurately reflect client interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and promotional materials to assist the sales team in closing deals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure product availability aligns with sales demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn is advantageous.
