Responsibility
- Manage and process appeals, complaints, and inquiries from the public, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and improve operational workflows.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping, in compliance with public sector standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management and government agencies.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and ethical guidelines in all administrative functions.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles, preferably in the public sector or government-linked organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with appeals management systems, CRM tools, or public sector protocols is advantageous.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process optimization.
