Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all registration processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems to streamline registration workflows and improve operational productivity.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Legal, Finance) and external stakeholders (e.g., government agencies, vendors) to facilitate smooth registration procedures.
- Maintain and update registration databases, records, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Monitor and report on registration metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
- Ensure all registration activities adhere to local, national, and international regulations applicable to the business.
- Train and supervise administrative staff involved in registration tasks, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on registration status, challenges, and resolutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in registration management, administrative operations, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex registration processes and improving administrative efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to business registrations in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, database management systems, and registration software.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is highly advantageous.
