Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and financial records.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, faculty, and industry partners, to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes for project-related activities.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and participant coordination.
  • Support the preparation of grant proposals, progress reports, and other administrative submissions.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project) to enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, funding agency requirements, and ethical research standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably in an academic or research environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking, financial reporting, and procurement processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in higher education, research institutions, or tech-driven projects is an advantage.
