Responsibility
- Prepare and deliver operational and status reports to the Operations Support Team Leader and/or Manager on a regular basis or as requested.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, or processes to streamline operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational disruptions and propose corrective actions.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations support, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow automation, or project management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial services, media, or publishing industries is advantageous.
