Responsibility
- Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail store operations to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Monitor and audit store activities to verify adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with store managers to implement operational improvements and address compliance gaps.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management, highlighting risks and recommendations.
- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with company guidelines.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating critical matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Stay updated on local and national retail regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams at all levels.
