Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate project documentation, including reports, presentations, and compliance records, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of validation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to management as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, operational, or project support roles, preferably in a multinational or certification environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or quality management systems is highly desirable.
