Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth facility management across all assigned locations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety, security, and housekeeping policies in compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management to optimize cost and quality.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and professional growth.
- Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, budget utilization, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align administrative functions with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative supervision, facilities management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety, security protocols, and compliance regulations (e.g., OSHA, local labor laws).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, budget management, and vendor negotiations.
- Familiarity with facility management software and tools (e.g., CMMS, ERP systems) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
