Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth facility management across all assigned locations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety, security, and housekeeping policies in compliance with local and international standards.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management to optimize cost and quality.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of administrative and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and professional growth.
  • Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, budget utilization, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative supervision, facilities management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
