Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a private household, including staff coordination, vendor management, and property maintenance.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, from itinerary planning to private transportation and accommodation bookings.
- Curate and maintain the family’s wardrobe, including styling, alterations, and inventory management for high-end fashion.
- Coordinate wellness and lifestyle services, such as private chefs, fitness trainers, spa appointments, and medical consultations.
- Handle personal errands, shopping, and special requests with absolute confidentiality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain household budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting for the family.
- Act as the primary point of contact for household-related inquiries, ensuring seamless communication with family members and external parties.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to enhance the family’s comfort and convenience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Household Manager, Personal Assistant, or Estate Manager for high-net-worth individuals or families.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, discretion-sensitive environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a diplomatic, professional, and service-oriented approach.
