Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare reports, presentations, and client communications.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing professional and courteous service.
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotes, and other sales-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the warehouse team to prevent stock shortages or excesses.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance analysis to aid decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service (preferably in agriculture or FMCG).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or inventory management systems is advantageous.
