Responsibility

  • Process and confirm customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are recorded in the system.
  • Generate and issue invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate low inventory to the sales and warehouse teams.
  • Recommend substitute products to customers when items are out of stock, ensuring minimal disruption to sales.
  • Compile and verify daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and confirm delivery statuses.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sales-related documents.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries or discrepancies related to orders and billing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in sales administration, order processing, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Badung area).
