Responsibility
- Process and confirm customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are recorded in the system.
- Generate and issue invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate low inventory to the sales and warehouse teams.
- Recommend substitute products to customers when items are out of stock, ensuring minimal disruption to sales.
- Compile and verify daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and confirm delivery statuses.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sales-related documents.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries or discrepancies related to orders and billing.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in sales administration, order processing, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Badung area).
