Responsibility

  • Manage and process incoming sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized records of sales transactions, customer communications, and order statuses.
  • Assist in resolving order discrepancies, customer inquiries, and logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and generate sales reports, invoices, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure product availability for orders.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative and sales-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
