Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all staff members.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping in compliance with legal standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal professionals and clients.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords to manage office-related contracts and agreements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed to support the legal team and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration, general affairs, or a related role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in coordinating office events, meetings, or travel arrangements is highly desirable.
