Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all staff members.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping in compliance with legal standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal professionals and clients.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords to manage office-related contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed to support the legal team and management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration, general affairs, or a related role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
