Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and meetings, to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and logistics for team members and executives.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement as needed.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry tasks to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all administrative activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall office productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes, procurement, or office management is a plus.
