As a key member of our team, you will oversee critical administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) and contract (SPK) management, vendor invoice processing, and financial voucher preparation. Responsibility
- Manage and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Contracts (SPK) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Receive, verify, and process invoices from contractors and vendors in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue payment vouchers for approved invoices, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Procurement, Operations) to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Monitor administrative deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted on time.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for administrative functions.
- Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience with PO/SPK processing and invoice management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with financial voucher preparation and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta).
