Responsibility

  • Manage and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Contracts (SPK) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Receive, verify, and process invoices from contractors and vendors in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and issue payment vouchers for approved invoices, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Procurement, Operations) to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Monitor administrative deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted on time.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for administrative functions.
  • Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Experience with PO/SPK processing and invoice management is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial voucher preparation and basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta).
