Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle consignment transactions and maintain detailed records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to sales transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Administration role.
- Proven experience in handling consignment transactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
