Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including orders, invoices, and customer data, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to process orders efficiently, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients, ensuring all materials are professional and aligned with company standards.
- Liaise with internal teams, such as logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales-related activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for customer orders.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, office administration, or a related field, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and sales processes is desirable.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, with the ability to adapt to diverse work styles and cultural norms.
