Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming online orders efficiently and accurately.
- Perform quality control checks on products before packing and shipping.
- Pack orders securely and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
- Follow up on out-of-stock items and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any order-related inquiries or issues.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 23 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online order management systems.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
