Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and stock tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Support the retail team with sales reports and financial records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for orders and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
