Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Provide support in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is a plus.
