Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial documents, contracts, and reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and facilitate property title transfers, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including sales transactions, invoices, and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and sales, to streamline administrative processes.
- Monitor and verify financial data for consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and financial software applications.
