Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate sales administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to enhance business development efforts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for sales meetings, events, and client visits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to achieve team and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
