This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $3,000 – $3,500 SGD/month, along with Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Variable Bonus (VB). Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:45 PM) and alternate Saturdays (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM).

Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are current and organized.
- Coordinate with sales teams to prepare reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and expense reports.
- Liaise with internal departments (finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock shortages.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
