Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records in both physical and digital formats to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot office equipment issues and ensure smooth technological operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate or international environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, proofreading, and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with office management software, HR systems, or project management tools is an advantage.
