Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and administrative excellence? Bomatec is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Admin Executive to join our growing team in the Klang/Port Klang region. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly from order inception to final delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining our administrative workflows and coordinating closely with logistics partners. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely documentation, accurate order processing, and efficient customs coordination. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end delivery schedules to ensure on-time dispatch and arrival.
  • Prepare and verify critical shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
  • Process customer orders accurately and update internal ERP systems in real-time.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with freight forwarders and logistics providers to resolve shipping bottlenecks.
  • Oversee and facilitate customs clearance processes, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and assist the management team with administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal sales teams to ensure order fulfillment aligns with customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with customs procedures and import/export documentation is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
