Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all administrative records.
- Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify product compliance with company and industry standards.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare reports on quality control findings and administrative performance for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to maintain optimal stock of office and operational supplies.
- Assist in training new staff on administrative procedures and quality control protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, with exposure to quality control processes preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
