Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the finance team with data entry, reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Organize and file financial documents, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in administrative support, finance, or accounting roles (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial terminology is a plus.
