Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
